Job summary

Trulieve in the United States is seeking an experienced LMS Administrator to own the day-to-day administration, optimization, and governance of the SAP LMS and related learning technologies. You will partner with HR, L&D, Compliance, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver a reliable learner experience and measurable training operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, IS, or related field
• 3–5+ years in corporate LMS administration
• Advanced LMS administration expertise (SAP preferred)
• Strong reporting and analytics capabilities
• Experience leading cross-functional projects (Smartsheet)
• Experience supporting system integrations and provisioning workflows
• Familiarity with SCORM/xAPI and authoring tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and evaluation approaches

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration and governance of the SAP LMS and related learning technologies
• Lead LMS-related projects from intake through delivery
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and vendor coordination
• Develop dashboards and recurring compliance/program reports
• Support integration and data workflows with IT
• Create and maintain system documentation and end-user training
• Monitor LMS performance and learner experience and drive improvements
