Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a health care community
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience
• Experience in geriatric care and emergency care
• Trainings in Alzheimer and Dementia care with Validation Therapy
• English reading/writing/speaking proficiency

Responsibilities

• Supervise resident care staff and schedule staffing needs
• Oversee medication inventory and MAR monitoring
• Coordinate care plans per resident preferences and abilities
• Assist in planning and budgeting for wellness services
• Maintain documentation of care provided and resident responses
• Ensure safe, sanitary environment for residents and staff
• Maintain communication with medical staff and community leadership
• Train and counsel wellness staff per company policies
