Vitalia Montrose in Copley, OH is seeking a part-time Wellness Nurse Manager to lead the Wellness team and ensure safe, resident-centered care across shifts. You will supervise operations when department heads are unavailable and uphold our high standards of care.

The ideal candidate holds an active LPN or RN license, can perform medication passes, and maintain regulatory compliance. Experience with memory-impaired residents and EMR is a plus, with a positive attitude and strong teamwork

Qualifications

• Must hold current LPN or RN license in good standing in the state of employment.
• Provide direct nursing care, including medication passes as needed.
• Thorough knowledge of current care standards and regulations.
• Knowledge of current medication regulation and law.
• Experience with memory-impaired residents and EMR is a plus.
• Read, write, speak English with residents.
• Active, energetic attitude focused on residents’ needs.
• Able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds; two-person transfers.
• Criminal background cleared.
