Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license in good standing within state's employment.
• At least two years' experience in resident care in assisted living.
• Knowledge of memory-care needs and related regulations.
• Ability to communicate with physicians, pharmacies, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Direct and maintain exceptional quality of care for all residents.
• Provide oversight and training to Wellness staff.
• Oversee department compliance and budget; ensure compliance with policies.
• Coordinate medication management and care plans.
• Record and update resident charts and physician orders.
• Respond to medical emergencies and monitor resident well-being.
