Vitalia Senior Residences at Stow is seeking a part-time Wellness Nurse Manager in Stow, OH. The role requires current LPN or RN licensure, hands-on nursing care, and the ability to supervise the Wellness team to ensure resident-centered care.

Responsibilities include medication passes, adherence to care standards, and accurate documentation. The position emphasizes a compassionate approach, strong English communication, and physical stamina for a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license in good standing within the state of employment.
• Direct nursing care including medication passes.
• Knowledge of current care standards and regulations.
• Experience with memory-impaired residents preferred but not required.
• EMR experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English with residents.
• Must be active; standing, walking, bending, kneeling and stooping required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Wellness team and assist other departments to ensure resident-centered care.
• Be available to help with call lights and resident requests; demonstrate urgency and empathy.
• Document resident assessments, medical records and internal documents accurately.
• Provide hands-on nursing care, including medication administration as needed.
