Carriage Court Senior Living in Hilliard, OH, seeks a part-time Wellness Nurse Manager to oversee nursing care and lead the Wellness team. The role requires active RN/LPN licensure and hands-on duties including medication passes, with a focus on resident safety and quality of life.

You will ensure compliance with care standards and regulations, document accurately, and support memory-care residents when needed. A positive, energetic attitude is essential to engage residents daily.

Qualifications

• Requires active LPN or RN license in good standing in the state of employment.
• Direct nursing care including medication passes.
• Knowledge of current care standards and regulations.
• Knowledge of medication regulation and law.
• Experience with memory-impaired residents preferred but not required.
• EMR experience preferred but not required.
• Must read/write/speak English with residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct hands-on nursing care and medication passes as needed.
• Perform resident assessments and maintain medical records.
• Lead and support the Wellness team and other departments to ensure high-quality, person-centered care.
• Document accurately and timely; ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Foster a professional, caring environment and prioritize resident safety and well-being.
