Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Wellness Nurse Manager for our Vitalia Solon location in Solon, OH. The role covers night shifts (7:00pm–7:00am) and emphasizes resident-centered care and supervision of the Wellness team.

You will perform hands-on nursing duties, including medication passes, while ensuring compliance with current standards and regulations. Join a team that values growth and compassion for residents.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold an LPN or RN license in good standing.
• Provide direct hands-on nursing care including medication passes.
• Solid knowledge of current care standards and regulations.
• Strong working knowledge of medication regulation and law.
• Experience with memory-impaired residents preferred, not required.
• Ability to read/write/speak English with Residents.
• Physical ability: stand/walk, lift up to 50 pounds.

Aufgaben

• Act as Superior Supervisor in absence of department heads.
• Lead Wellness team and assist other departments on the floor.
• Document resident assessments, medical records, and internal docs.
• Provide professional, caring interactions ensuring residents feel safe.
