Job summary

Integral Senior Living in California seeks a Vibrant Life Assistant to safely operate the community van for daily outings and medical appointments, while supervising residents during trips.

You will assist with loading and unloading residents, participate in planned activities, and ensure vehicle safety. This role supports resident well-being under state regulations and company policy.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old due to driving requirement.
• High school education. Valid driver’s license required for vehicle capacity.
• Prefer 2+ years driving experience; experience with elderly/dementia residents is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate property vehicle/van safely for daily outings and medical appointments.
• Assist with loading residents onto/off of the vehicle/van.
• Follow state and federal laws; ensure vehicle/van is maintained and insured.
• Supervise residents during outings and assist with planned activities.
• Assist with Vibrant Life activities and report safety concerns to supervision.
