Integral Senior Living in San Jose, CA is seeking a Vibrant Life Assistant to safely drive the community van, supervise residents during outings, and assist with Vibrant Life activities. You will help with loading/unloading residents, ensure vehicle safety and compliance, and support staff during daily programs and tours.

The role emphasizes resident safety, teamwork, and professional conduct within a senior living environment that serves residents with independence and memory care needs.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years old due to driving requirement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead resident outings and supervise residents on the community van.
• Operate vehicle/van safely for daily outings and medical appointments.
• Assist with loading/unloading residents into/out of the vehicle and wheelchair lift usage.
• Follow state and federal laws for vehicle operations and inspections.
• Provide support during Vibrant Life activities and programs.
• Maintain a safe environment for staff, residents and guests, following safety standards.
• Report safety, mechanical or maintenance issues promptly to supervisor.
• Assist with daily clerical tasks and attend trainings.
• Assist community marketing efforts during tours and public contact.
