Job summary

Integral Senior Living invites applications for a Vibrant Life Assistant to help safely operate the community van, supervise residents during outings, and assist with Vibrant Life activities. The role supports daily activities, personal care, and engagement programs to enhance resident well‑being.

Ideal candidates are 18+, possess a valid driver’s license, and have at least two years of driving experience, preferably with elderly or dementia residents.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old due to driving requirement.
• High school education; valid Class of Driver’s License required by state for vehicle/van operations.
• Prefer minimum two years experience driving a vehicle/van, ideally with elderly/dementia residents.

Responsibilities

• Operate community van safely for daily outings and medical appointments.
• Assist with loading/unloading residents on/off the vehicle/van.
• Follow state/federal vehicle regulations; comply with vehicle inspection standards.
• Be an active Vibrant Life® staff member during outings and in the community.
• Assist with planned activities and outings; support safety and resident well‑being.
