Job summary

Integral Senior Living (ISL) is seeking a Vibrant Life Assistant to safely drive the community van and supervise residents on outings, while helping with Vibrant Life activities within the property. The role emphasizes safety, empathy, and teamwork, with duties including loading/unloading residents and supporting daily programs.

The position requires 18+ years old, a valid driver’s license, and 2+ years of driving experience with seniors.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to drive a vehicle safely.
• High school diploma; Valid Class of Driver’s License required by state.
• Prefer at least two years of driving experience with elderly or dementia residents.

Responsibilities

• Operate community van safely for daily outings and medical appointments.
• Assist residents on/off the vehicle and during outings.
• Follow state and federal driving laws and vehicle inspections/maintenance.
• Provide supervision and assistance with activities during outings and within the community.
• Support marketing efforts through positive interactions during tours and inquiries.
