Job summary

Integral Senior Living’s Vibrant Life Assistant position supports safe community transportation and resident supervision during outings. The role involves loading residents, assisting with activities, and maintaining safety compliance while engaging with residents and families.

This on-site role emphasizes teamwork, professional presentation, and adherence to California regulations for mandated reporting and safety standards within a senior living environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old due to driving requirement.
• Valid Class of Driver’s License in state for vehicle/van capacity.
• Two years of driving experience preferred; experience with elderly/dementia residents preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate the community van for daily outings and medical appointments.
• Assist residents on/off the vehicle and during loading/unloading.
• Monitor safety and report vehicle/maintenance issues to supervision.
• Engage residents during outings and Vibrant Life activities within the community.
• Support marketing efforts through positive interactions during tours and calls.
• Maintain communication with the property via cell phone and stay compliant with safety standards and regulations.
