Job summary

Integral Senior Living in Loveland, CO is seeking a Vibrant Life Assistant to safely operate the community van, transport residents to appointments, and supervise outings with compassion.

You will support Vibrant Life activities, assist with loading/unloading, ensure vehicle readiness, report safety issues, and help create a positive, secure environment for residents and staff. Must be 18+, hold a valid driver’s license, and have experience with elderly residents.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old due to driving requirement.
• Valid Class of Driver’s License required by state for vehicle capacity.
• Prefer minimum of two years experience driving a vehicle and experience with elderly or dementia residents.

Responsibilities

• Operate community van safely for daily outings and medical appointments.
• Assist residents on/off the vehicle/van and supervise outings.
• Follow state and federal laws for vehicle operation and maintenance.
• Maintain communication with property staff and report safety or mechanical issues.
