Job summary

Integral Senior Living is seeking a Vibrant Life Assistant in California to safely drive the community van, supervise residents during outings, and assist with Vibrant Life activities within the property. You will support planned activities, ensure safety, and report any changes or issues to supervision.

The role emphasizes resident safety, teamwork, and professional conduct in a care-focused environment, with opportunities for growth within a large senior living organization.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age due to driving requirement.
• High school education. Valid Class of Driver’s License required by state for vehicle/van capacity.

Responsibilities

• Operate property van safely for daily outings and medical appointments.
• Assist with loading/unloading residents on/off the van.
• Follow state and federal laws for vehicle operation and maintenance.
• Be a Vibrant Life staff member during outings and community activities.
• Assist residents during outings, including personal care and participation in planned activities.
• Report vehicle safety, mechanical or maintenance issues to supervisor promptly.
• Maintain communication with the property and keep cell phone charged.
