Job summary

Atria Senior Living in Grass Valley, CA is seeking a Transportation Driver to provide safe, courteous service for residents and staff.

You will operate a 7- to 16-passenger vehicle, assist residents, secure wheelchairs, and report maintenance needs, while following safety procedures and local regulations.

Qualifications

• CDL required to operate commercial size vehicles.
• Five (5) or more years of driving experience.
• Knowledge of vehicle preventative maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Drive vehicle from community to social and other destinations according to schedule.
• Assist residents into and out of vehicle safely.
• Secure wheelchairs to restraining devices and monitor safety during trips.
• Report maintenance needs and coordinate repairs.
• Maintain daily/weekly trip inspection records and stay compliant with policies.
