Qualifications

• Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist / SLP, or ability to obtain before starting.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients for swallowing disorders and communication or cognitive impairments.
• Establish treatment goals and develop appropriate Speech Pathology treatment programs.
• Provide rehabilitative services to patients under specific medical orders.
• Participate in clinical conferences to share and coordinate patient care.
• Treat residents one-on-one for individualized attention.
