Eagle's Trace by Erickson Senior Living in West Houston, Texas, seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to support residents with speech, swallowing, cognition, and voice therapy across the campus continuum of care. You will conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments tailored to each resident, providing compassionate, person-centered therapy.

This role emphasizes adherence to ASHA guidelines, documentation, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience working with older adults preferred.
• Current CPR Certification is required.
• Current valid state license to practice Speech-Language Pathology in the community's state is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide screenings, evaluations, treatments, and trainings for speech, language, swallowing, cognition, or voice across the community continuum of care.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and payer guidelines and ASHA requirements, including documentation and billing practices.
• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and clinical well-being through holistic care planning.
• Implement personalized care plans focusing on residents’ strengths and routines.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary clinical team to address residents’ needs throughout care.
