Job summary

Eagle’s Trace by Erickson Senior Living in Texas is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support residents with speech, language, swallowing, cognition, or voice therapy across the campus continuum of care.

The role involves following ASHA and payer guidelines, providing holistic care, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to address residents’ needs while contributing to a values-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience working with older adult population preferred.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Current valid state license (for state where the community provides service) in Occupational Therapy Assistant, where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech, language, swallowing, cognition, or voice therapy screenings, evaluations, treatments, and trainings across the community continuum of care.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and payer guidelines, ASHA requirements, and company policies.
• Provide holistic care addressing residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Implement residents' personal care plans focusing on strengths, preferences, and routines to provide comfort and belonging.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical team to address residents' needs throughout care.

Education

CPR Certification

State license in Occupational Therapy Assistant (where applicable)
