Eagle's Trace by Erickson Senior Living in West Houston, Texas, is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support residents with daily living activities, providing personalized care across the continuum of care.

You will conduct screenings, evaluations, treatments, and trainings in speech, language, swallowing, cognition, or voice therapy, while following ASHA and company guidelines. This on-site role offers a competitive hourly rate up to $55 and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 years’ experience with older adults preferred.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Current valid state license (for state in which the community provides service) in occupational therapy Assistant, where applicable.

Responsabilités

• Providing speech, language, swallowing, cognition, or voice therapy screenings, evaluations, treatments, and trainings to meet customer needs across the community continuum of care.
• Following Federal, State, and all Payer guidelines, ASHA requirements, and company policies and procedures.
• Providing a holistic approach, supporting the residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Implementing residents’ personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
• Working with the interdisciplinary clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed throughout their care.
