Eagle's Trace by Erickson Senior Living in West Houston, Texas, is seeking licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to support residents with speech, swallowing, cognition, and voice therapy across the continuum of care on our campus.

You will perform screenings, evaluations, and trainings, adhere to ASHA guidelines and payer policies, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and contribute to a culture of service, growth, and well-being for residents and colleagues.

Qualificações

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in the relevant state or eligible for licensure.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Provide speech, language, swallowing, cognition, or voice therapy screenings, evaluations, treatments, and trainings across the care continuum.
• Follow ASHA guidelines, payer requirements, and company policies in documentation, billing, and resident rights.
• Support residents’ physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs with a holistic approach.
• Implement care plans focused on residents’ strengths, preferences, and routines.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams to address residents’ needs throughout care.
