Eagle's Trace by Erickson Senior Living in West Houston, Texas is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support residents with speech, swallowing, cognition, and voice therapy across the on-site continuum of care.

You will perform screenings, evaluations, and treatments, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team and ensuring compliance with ASHA, payer guidelines, and organizational policies to deliver personalized care and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience with older adult therapies preferred.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services (screenings, evaluations, treatments, and trainings) across the community continuum of care.
• Follow Federal, State, payer guidelines, ASHA requirements, and company policies on care, documentation, billing, and resident rights.
