Eagle’s Trace by Erickson Senior Living in West Houston, Texas, is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support residents across the continuum of care with screenings, evaluations, and therapies.

You’ll work on-site with an interdisciplinary team, follow ASHA guidelines, and contribute to a caring environment. Eligible for comprehensive benefits and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience with older adults preferred.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Current valid state license in the applicable state, if required.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech, language, swallowing, cognition, or voice therapy screenings and treatments.
• Ensure compliance with Federal/State/Payer guidelines and ASHA requirements.
• Support residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs holistically.
• Develop and implement residents' care plans focusing on preferences and routines.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary clinical team to address residents' needs.
