Eagle’s Trace by Erickson Senior Living in West Houston, Texas, seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to support residents with speech, language, swallowing, cognition, or voice therapy across the community continuum of care. You’ll assess, treat, and train residents in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience working with older adults in therapies.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Current valid state license in occupational therapy assistant, where applicable.
• Compliance with ASHA, federal and state guidelines and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide screenings, evaluations, treatments, and trainings across the community continuum of care.
• Adhere to ASHA, payer guidelines, and company policies; ensure proper documentation and billing compliance.
• Support residents’ physical, spiritual, emotional and clinical needs with a holistic approach.
• Implement residents’ care plans, honoring preferences and routines to build comfort and belonging.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary clinical team to address residents’ needs throughout their care.
