Eagle’s Trace by Erickson Senior Living in West Houston, Texas, is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support residents across the continuum of care. The role offers competitive hourly pay up to $55 and a pathway to growth within a thriving senior living community.

You’ll perform screenings, evaluations, and therapy for speech, language, swallowing, cognition, or voice, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to meet residents’ needs, while adhering to ASHA and payer guidelines and

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience with older adults preferred.
• CPR certification current.
• Current valid state license in Occupational Therapy Assistant, where applicable.

Responsabilités

• Provide speech, language, swallowing, cognition, or voice therapy screenings, evaluations, treatments, and trainings across the community continuum of care.
• Follow ASHA requirements, payer guidelines, and company policies; ensure compliance in care provision, documentation, billing, resident rights, customer service, and compliance.
• Provide holistic care addressing residents’ physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Implement residents’ personal care plans focusing on strengths, preferences, and routines while offering comfort and belonging.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary clinical team to address residents’ needs throughout care.
