Job summary

National Church Residences in Campbellsport, WI is seeking a part-time Service Coordinator for Mabess Manor, a 24-unit senior apartment community. The role focuses on advocating for residents and coordinating services to meet their needs.

You will liaise with local agencies, develop resource directories, and sponsor educational events related to health care and support services while delivering excellent resident-focused service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field preferred.
• Two or more years of experience delivering social services to elderly and/or family populations preferred.
• Working knowledge of supportive services and local community resources.
