National Church Residences in New Jersey is seeking Service Coordinators to support senior apartment communities. The role involves coordinating resident programs, connecting residents to community services, and advocating for resident needs across two properties—Jefferson Chase and Woodland Valley—under a full-time schedule with travel between sites. Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field preferred
• Two or more years of experience delivering social services to elderly and/or family populations preferred

Responsabilidades

• Advocate, organize, problem-solve, and deliver results for residents
• Coordinate programs and activities for residents
• Engage residents and refer to community services when needed
• Develop a Resource Directory of local service providers
• Sponsor educational events related to health care and life skills
• Provide quality customer service to residents and assist with basic needs
• Assist residents in accessing community services such as meals, transportation, housing support
• Monitor feedback from residents and families
• Maintain relationships internally and externally with effective communication

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field
