Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a friendly Full-Time Server for our community restaurant. You will greet residents, present menus, suggest dishes, and help ensure an outstanding dining experience.

Responsibilities include guiding residents to tables, communicating orders with a POS system, and completing opening and closing dining room duties. A Food Handler's Card is required or obtained through Spectrum.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service presentation.
• Must currently hold a Food Handler's Card or be willing to obtain one.
• If under 18, must provide schoolwork authorization (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to tables, present menus, suggest dishes, and assist in drink selection.
• Communicate orders using the POS system.
• Complete dining room opening and closing duties as established by the community.
