Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a friendly Server for our community restaurant. You will help create an exceptional dining experience, greet residents, present menus, and assist with drink selection, ensuring every guest feels at home.

In this role you will use our POS system, guide residents to tables, and perform opening and closing dining room duties as required. A positive attitude and strong guest service are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Food Handler's Card or be willing to obtain one as required by state/county regulations
• Must have strong customer service presentation
• If under 18, must provide proper schoolwork authorization (if applicable)

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to their tables, present menus and assist with drink selection
• Communicate orders using the POS system
• Complete opening and closing dining room duties as established by the community
