Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a part-time Server to join our community restaurant team. You will welcome residents, guide them to tables, present menus, and help with drink selections to create a heartwarming dining experience.

You will use our POS system to input orders, coordinate with kitchen staff, and ensure accurate service during each shift while maintaining a clean, welcoming dining room.

Qualifications

• Experience in serving in a community or senior living setting is a plus.
• Must have or be willing to obtain a Food Handler's Card as required by state regulations.
• Strong customer service presentation and a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to tables, present menus, suggest dishes and assist in drink selection.
• Communicate resident orders using the POS system accurately.
• Complete dining room opening and closing duties as required.
