Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a Part Time Server for our community restaurant in Anthem, AZ. You will help create an incredible dining experience, greet residents, present menus, suggest dishes, and assist in drink selection to ensure guest satisfaction.

Direct residents to tables and perform opening/closing dining room duties while delivering friendly, high-quality service. A Food Handler's Card is required or obtainable through Spectrum.

Qualifications

• Must currently hold a Food Handler's Card, or be willing to obtain one facilitated by Spectrum, as required by state and/or county regulations
• If under 18, must provide schoolwork authorization (if applicable)
• A big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for our residents
• Must have strong customer service presentation

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to their tables, present menus, suggest dishes, and assist in drink selection
• Complete all dining room opening and closing duties as established by your community
