Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities invites applications for a Server in our community restaurant. You will help create an exceptional dining experience, build relationships with residents, and deliver guest service you would expect in a favorite restaurant.

You will direct residents to tables, present menus, guide dish and drink choices, and use the POS system to enter orders. You’ll also perform opening/closing dining room duties as required.

Qualifications

• Must have a Food Handler’s Card or be willing to obtain one.
• Strong customer service presentation and interactions with residents.
• Compliance with state/county regulations as required.

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to tables, present menus, suggest dishes, and assist in drink selection.
• Communicate resident orders using the community's point of sale system.
• Complete opening and closing dining room duties as assigned.
