Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a part-time Server for its community restaurant. You will help create an exceptional dining experience, build relationships with residents, and deliver service comparable to any favorite restaurant.

Your day includes guiding residents to tables, sharing menus, and assisting with drink selections. You will handle guest orders through a state-of-the-art POS system and perform opening/closing dining room duties as required by the community.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service presentation.
• Server must currently hold a Food Handler’s Card, or be willing to obtain one facilitated by Spectrum.
• If under 18, must provide proper schoolwork authorization (if applicable)

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to tables, present menus, suggest dishes and assist in drink selection.
• Communicate orders using the community’s POS system.
• Complete dining room opening and closing duties as established by the community
