Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a full-time Server for our community restaurant in Chandler. You will help create a welcoming dining experience for residents, build relationships, and consistently deliver service comparable to a top-notch restaurant.

Responsibilities include guiding residents to tables, presenting menus, assisting with drink selections, and using the POS system to relay orders. Weekend shifts are included.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide friendly, attentive service to residents and guests.
• Strong customer service presentation and communication skills.
• Willingness to obtain a Food Handler's Card if required.

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to tables, present menus, suggest dishes and assist in drink selection.
• Communicate orders to the kitchen using the point of sale system.
• Perform opening and closing dining room duties.
