Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a Part-Time Server in our community restaurant in Mesa, AZ. You will help create an incredible dining experience, build relationships with residents, and deliver the service guests expect in their favorite restaurant.

You will direct residents to tables, present menus, suggest dishes, assist with drink selection, and relay orders using our on-site POS system. Complete opening/closing duties as required by the community.

Qualifications

• Under 18 must provide proper schoolwork authorization (if applicable).
• Must hold Food Handler’s Card, or be willing to obtain one facilitated by Spectrum, as required by state/county regulations.
• Must have strong customer service presentation.

Responsibilities

• As a Server, direct residents to tables, present menus, suggest dishes and assist in drink selection.
• Communicate resident orders using the on-site point of sale system.
• Complete all dining room opening and closing duties as established by the community.
