Milestone Retirement is seeking a Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our residents. You will provide high-quality service during meals, maintain a clean dining area, and support a collaborative team that fosters a welcoming community.

The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma, is ServSafe certified, and understands food safety and resident needs. You will interact with residents, families, and staff to ensure a pleasant dining atmosphere.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• ServSafe Certification required.
• Ability to obtain/hold local food handling licenses as needed.
• Must be 18+ and pass health screenings, TB clearance, fingerprinting, and background checks.
• First Aid certification required.
• Experience in food service preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure residents’ dining preferences and dietary needs are met.
• Circulate in the dining room to assess satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, linens, and equipment.
• Follow safe work practices and support team compliance with Safety Committee standards.
• Assist coworkers beyond assigned duties to ensure smooth service and a positive team environment.
• Report any elder maltreatment or abuse per policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
