Job summary

Milestone is seeking a Server to provide exceptional dining experiences for our residents. You will deliver high-quality service during meals, maintain a clean dining environment, and support a team that creates a welcoming community.

You will interact with residents, families, and staff to ensure dietary needs are met, safety standards are followed, and service runs smoothly. Milestone is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Current ServSafe Certification required.
• Ability to obtain/hold local food handling licenses as needed.
• Must be 18+ years old; health screenings and background checks required.
• First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent dining service and accommodate residents’ dietary needs.
• Circulate in dining room to assess satisfaction and address concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and equipment.
• Follow Safety Committee standards and safe work practices.
• Assist coworkers to ensure smooth service and positive team environment.
• Report elder maltreatment or abuse per policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
