Job summary

Milestone is seeking a Server to provide exceptional dining experiences for our residents. You will ensure high-quality service during meals, maintain a clean and safe dining environment, and support a team that creates a pleasant and engaging atmosphere.

The role requires a High School diploma, ServSafe certification, and the ability to communicate well with residents, families, and coworkers. Prior food service experience is preferred and a compassionate attitude toward the elderly is

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in food service preferred.
• Current ServSafe Certification required.
• Ability to obtain/hold local food handling/sanitation licenses as required.
• Must be 18 years or older, pass health screenings, TB clearance, fingerprinting and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure residents’ dining preferences and dietary needs are met.
• Circulate in the dining room to assess satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, linens, and equipment.
• Follow safe work practices and support team compliance with Safety Committee standards.
• Assist coworkers beyond assigned duties to ensure smooth service and a positive team environment.
• Report any elder maltreatment or abuse in accordance with policy.
