Job summary

Milestone Retirement Communities seeks a Server to provide exceptional dining experiences for residents. You’ll ensure high-quality service, maintain a clean dining environment, and support a collaborative team that fosters a welcoming community.

Responsibilities include meeting dietary needs, circulating for satisfaction, and upholding safety standards while interacting with residents and families daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• ServSafe certification required.
• Ability to obtain/state food handling licenses as needed.
• Must be 18+ and pass health screenings and background checks.
• First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent dining service and accommodate residents' preferences.
• Circulate in dining room to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
• Maintain dining room cleanliness, tables, linens, and equipment.
• Follow safety practices and support compliance standards.
• Assist teammates to ensure smooth service and a positive environment.
• Report elder maltreatment or abuse per policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
