BAYADA Home Health Care in Allentown is seeking a Client Services Manager in our Senior Living Office to coordinate high-quality home care and support field staff.

This role emphasizes growing an assigned caseload, building relationships with clients, families, referral sources, payors, and senior living communities, and monitoring key metrics to drive office success.

Bachelor's degree is required; healthcare experience and leadership skills are highly valued for advancement within BAYADA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in healthcare, medical office, home care, or home health preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare and OASIS is a plus.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred; track record of increasing responsibility.
• Strong computer skills and highly organized.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ambition to grow and advance within BAYADA.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client services and address emergent scheduling needs.
• Manage and grow an assigned caseload.
• Build lasting relationships with clients, families, referral sources, payors, and senior living communities.
• Provide exceptional customer service while ensuring quality home care.
• Partner with Clinical Managers to support and supervise field employees.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with office and field teams.
• Monitor admissions, Medicare utilization, and referral outcomes.
• Support the growth and success of the Allentown Senior Living office.
