Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Client Services Manager for our Allentown, PA Habilitation office. You will lead client services, supervise field teams, and ensure high-quality, compliant care while managing the operational and financial performance of your caseload.

In this role you’ll develop partnerships with clients, families, and community organizations, and mentor staff to deliver compassionate, reliable care aligned with BAYADA’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Prior I/DD, Supports Coordination, Habilitation, or related experience preferred.
• Prior management or supervisory experience a plus.
• Strong computer skills, including experience with electronic medical records.
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships and work effectively with clients, families, employees, and community partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and help ensure high-quality services for clients.
• Coordinate client services and address emergent scheduling needs.
• Manage and proactively grow your client caseload.
• Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations.
• Develop strong, collaborative relationships with field employees and office leadership.
• Monitor key metrics and maintain effective fiscal management of your caseload.
• Partner with Clinical Managers to provide supervision, support, and resources to field employees.
• Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction, employee engagement, and service delivery.
