Cranberry Place in Pennsylvania is seeking a Staff Coordinator to act as the operational heartbeat of the facility. You will oversee clinical scheduling, lead onboarding for new hires, and serve as the liaison between administration and frontline staff.

Responsibilities include coordinating RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, managing internal communications, and ensuring survey-ready records. A fast-paced healthcare environment requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in staff coordination, scheduling, or admin support.
• Healthcare admin education preferred; SNF/ LTC experience valued.
• Ability to handle confidential personnel issues with discretion.
• Strong communication in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Scheduling: coordinate RN/LPN/CNA coverage with compliance to care ratios.
• Onboarding & Talent Integration: lead onboarding for new hires.
• Employee Engagement: manage internal comms and surveys for leadership insights.
• Compliance & Records Management: maintain employee files and training logs.
• Operational Synergy: collaborate across Nursing, HR, and Admin to resolve conflicts.
