• 2+ years of successful sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to follow up consistently and close leads.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full prospect journey from inquiry to lease and move-in.
• Conduct personalized tours for prospective residents and families.
• Respond promptly to phone, email, walk-ins and referrals.
• Maintain guest cards, prospect notes, and CRM records.
• Build trust with seniors and families and identify needs.
