Integrated Real Estate Group (IREG) is seeking a Sales Counselor for Town Village in Oklahoma City to guide prospective residents and families through the senior living journey. The role emphasizes follow-up, personalized tours, and converting inquiries into move-ins while delivering an exceptional experience.

The position requires 2+ years of sales success, CRM familiarity, and willingness to work weekends.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of successful sales experience.
• Experience in senior living, independent living, or multifamily housing is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to close and follow up.
• Comfortable working with CRM or lead management systems.
• Willingness to work weekends and some evenings.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full prospect journey from inquiry to signed lease and move-in.
• Conduct personalized community tours for prospective residents and families.
• Respond promptly to phone, email, walk-in, and referral inquiries.
• Maintain guest cards, prospect notes, follow-up activity, and CRM documentation.
• Develop relationships with referral partners and healthcare professionals.
• Support occupancy and move-in goals through proactive pipeline management.
