Zusammenfassung

Integrated Real Estate Group (IREG) is launching a Sales-in-Training program in Texas to develop future Sales Counselors across Dallas–Fort Worth and Houston markets. You’ll learn the full senior living sales process, engage with prospects, and support tours and move-in coordination.

Through mentorship and hands-on experience, you’ll gain exposure to independent living, assisted living, and memory care while progressing toward a full-time Sales Counselor role. Reliable transportation required.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, hospitality, or customer-focused roles.
• Willingness to travel between communities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Learn and support the complete senior living sales process from inquiry to move-in.
• Manage short- and long-term prospect follow-up.
• Conduct outbound calls and help convert inquiries to appointments.
• Support occupancy growth initiatives and ADC targets.
• Assist with sales presentations and community tours.
• Build relationships with prospective residents, families, and partners.
• Participate in outreach, referrals, marketing events.
• Follow up via phone, email, and written communications.
• Maintain accurate lead and sales activity in CRM.
• Support move-in coordination and resident transitions.
• Assist with market research, pricing surveys, and local analysis.
• Ensure tour-ready and welcoming communities.
• Participate in ongoing training and mentorship.
