Integrated Real Estate Group (IREG) invites you to join our Sales-in-Training program, a six-month paid development track in senior living sales across the Dallas–Fort Worth or Houston markets.

You’ll learn the full sales process, support tours, outreach, and move-in coordination while learning from experienced leaders and mentors. This program sets you up for a future Sales Counselor role in a people-centered organization with strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, leasing, admissions, healthcare, or relationship-focused roles preferred; senior living experience highly valuable.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple outreach initiatives and follow-ups.
• Comfortable speaking with prospective residents, families, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Learn and support the complete senior living sales process from inquiry through move-in.
• Conduct outbound outreach calls and assist with converting inquiries into appointments and tours.
• Support occupancy growth initiatives and community marketing activities.
• Maintain accurate lead, referral, and sales activity documentation in CRM systems.
• Assist with move-in coordination and resident transition activities.
