Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s in healthcare administration, business, nursing, hospitality or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of leadership in senior living, healthcare, or service-based environment.
• Experience leading department managers and cross-functional teams; strong budgeting and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of senior living regulations, licensing, and resident rights; active administrator license preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead overall community operations including resident services, sales, dining, programming, and maintenance.
• Recruit, coach, and retain department leaders; set clear expectations and accountability.
• Develop and manage annual operating budget; monitor financial performance and reporting.
• Partner with sales/marketing to increase occupancy and referrals; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Foster strong relationships with residents, families, providers, and regulators; uphold resident rights.
