Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Achieve and Sustain Occupancy Goals and develop targeted sales strategies.
• Lead discovery sessions and community tours for prospective residents and families.
• Develop and execute quarterly marketing plans aligned with goals.
• Coordinate move-in process with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition.
• Monitor local market conditions and competitor offers for differentiation.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and analyze conversion metrics.
