Job summary

Wallick Senior Living seeks an Executive Director for The Ashford of Berkshire in Sunbury, Ohio. You will build and lead a team for a new 114-unit senior living community offering independent, assisted, and memory care, with construction completing in June 2027.

You will drive opening success and ongoing operations, shaping culture and resident experience. The role requires licensure/experience as an administrator, 5+ years in executive leadership, and a proven track record of operational

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator OR equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years as an Executive Director in senior living.
• Proven ability to foster operational excellence and team performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee community operations, budget, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead department leaders across care, culinary, sales, maintenance and life enrichment.
• Ensure resident satisfaction and occupancy targets are met.
