Job summary

Cedarhurst Senior Living is seeking a Sales Specialist to support marketing and sales efforts across assigned communities or regions. You will implement sound sales plans, manage leads, and coordinate moves of residents while collaborating with leadership to meet occupancy goals.

You will travel locally as needed and work with the regional directors to train and onboard other sales-focused staff, ensuring timely follow-up and excellent resident experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Two or more years of successful sales experience (2-5 years preferred), with prior senior living sales preferred.
• Demonstrated sales closing skills with a record of high occupancy results.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred; proficient with common digital tools including MS Office and ERP/HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for phone inquiries and walk-in visitors to drive occupancy.
• Conduct outside marketing to increase professional referrals and discover resident needs.
• Follow up to build trustful relationships and coordinate moves or transfers.
• Develop productive relationships with businesses to receive referrals and document activities in the database.
• Assist in developing and updating marketing plans and training other sales-oriented roles.
