Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, leasing, admissions, healthcare, or relationship-focused roles preferred; senior living experience highly valuable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through

Responsibilities

• Learn and support the complete senior living sales process from inquiry to move-in
• Manage short- and long-term prospect follow-up activities
• Conduct outbound outreach calls and assist with tours and appointments
• Support occupancy growth initiatives and community events
• Maintain accurate lead and sales activity documentation in CRM
• Assist with move-in coordination and resident transition activities
